Portería pickup, missing items, and refunds — handled in Spanish.

Rappi runs Colombia. Groceries, pharmacy, fast food, alcohol, cash withdrawals — all delivered in 30 minutes. But the moment something goes wrong (missing item, wrong address, broken bottle), you'll need Spanish to fix it through chat or with the rappitendero at your door.

Always answer the rappitendero's call

If you don't pick up, the order gets returned. Even one phrase ('está en portería, déjalo ahí') saves it.

Use Rappi chat for refunds, not the call

Chat support resolves missing/damaged items in under 5 minutes. Calling is slower.
